The double bed was large and comfortable, making it easy to catch some Zs after a long day. The breakfast buffet offered decent value, especially for those who needed a caffeine fix in the morning.
The mattress felt thin and hard, leaving a lot to be desired for a good night's sleep. Privacy was basically nonexistent with the shower literally in the room, just a screen separating it from the rest of the space, making it awkward when shared. Corridors looked a bit tired and could use some maintenance, and a lingering smell of smoke was present, especially in the absolute worst room that I got switched into.

Had a braw stay! Staff were pure dead brilliant and breakfast was a right good spread for 6 euros. Location’s cracking for the city centre, just a short walk to loads of bars and restaurants. The shower situation, though—no privacy! Made things a wee bit awkward.
